We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team in Singapore. This role requires a full-stack expert with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI platform integration, and end-toend software service deployment. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing system design, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Proficiency in both back-end (Python) and front-end (React.js or equivalent) technologies is essential for this role.

• Lead the technical design and architecture of complex, scalable software solutions.

• Oversee full-stack development, integrating both front-end and back-end components using technologies such as Python and React.js for seamless functionality.

• Integrate various AI platform APIs, utilizing machine learning and AI tools to enhance product capabilities.

• Manage end-to-end software development processes, from concept and planning deployment and maintenance.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to the engineering team, fostering growth and collaboration.

• Ensure solutions are built on robust cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), optimizing for scalability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

• Maintain documentation and enforce coding standards, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and maintain high quality.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in full-stack development and cloud architecture.

• Strong expertise in system design, API integration, and full-stack technologies, including front-end (React.js or equivalent) and backend (Python) development.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; cloud Solution Architect certification is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in integrating AI and machine learning APIs and working with cloud-based AI services.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop engineering talent.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cloud Solution Architect certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).

• Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools.

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
